Yes. In business hours it is $180 + GST and covers attendance and first diagnosis. Labour is $150/hr + GST. Certainty Plan clients pay no call-out fee.

A fixed-price visit ($549 + GST for one site) that services all the refrigeration on site, rates every unit for condition and business risk, and gives you a written report with a full asset register. Larger sites are scoped and priced before we book. Start a Certainty Plan within 30 days and the $549 is credited against your first year.
Do you work after hours?
Yes. 1300 669 353 is answered 24/7, and genuine coolroom and freezer emergencies go to the on-call technician. After-hours labour is $299/hr + GST, with a 2-hour minimum on weekends and 4 hours on public holidays.
Can you look after several sites?
Yes. Multi-site operators get one asset register, consistent reports and one point of contact for every venue.
Are you licensed?
Yes. NSW Contractor Licence 141953C and ARC Licence AU07173. Public liability certificate of currency on request.
